Here's what a quarter in Salon Owners Mastermind® actually looks like:
At the beginning of the quarter, join either an in-person or online Mastermind event
In-person or online, we'll start with some training designed to inspire you and bring clarity to the coming three months
Then we'll plan out your next 3 months of salon growth strategies in detail
The bulk of the day is spent on Round Table Mastermind discussions. You bring the questions, then get valuable feedback from the other attendees. It's the most motivating way to get real-life input and suggestions.
At the beginning of months two and three, join an online Mastermind event
Reflect on your progress over the last month, and adjust your plans for the coming month
Join a virtual round-table salon business coaching for peer support and help with your goals

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy just one quarter of Salon Owners Mastermind® or do I need to buy the whole year?
Each quarter of the Mastermind calendar stands alone. You can join us for one, two, three or all four.
What are the timings for the live events?
We start at 10am and finish at 4pm
What are the venues for the live events?
In Dublin we're at the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre, Custom House Quay, Dublin 1
Our London venue will be confirmed at least 6 months ahead of the event.
How do I join the online events?
You'll be given the Zoom link to join the online events in plenty of time to join.
What if I can't make one of the events?
If you purchase a quarter or one of the 12 month bundles, you can choose to join an online event instead of an in-person event. All online events will be recorded and you will receive a copy of your recording. No refunds can be made in the event you can't attend Salon Owners Mastermind®, so please ensure you have checked the dates carefully and you have adequate travel insurance if appropriate.
